Critical Tasks

KRA’s and Key Activities

1. Ensure sampling, analysis and reporting as per QAP.

2. Reporting of analysis results to concerned production unit as per agreed time line.

3. Re Calibration of Spectrometer.

4. Calibration of LECO H2, N2 & O2 Analyser.

4. Calibration of LECO C& S Analyser.

5. 5’S’ activity in Spectro lab.

7. Changing reagents and ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance schedule of OES and LECO instruments and polishing and grinding equipment.

8)Coordinate with Process Control and operation team to ensuring timely production and control of product quality

9) Data entry in MES system.
