As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the manufacturing operations within our fastener production facility. With 4-5 years of experience in the fastener industry, you will play a key role in driving productivity, efficiency, and quality while ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production Management: Plan, organize, and prioritize production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with the production team to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and production workers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and support to ensure team effectiveness and motivation.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality fastener products. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and distribution of materials.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all production staff. Conduct regular safety inspections, promote adherence to safety guidelines, and investigate and address any safety incidents or concerns.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate production reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation to track production output, efficiency, and quality. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and present findings to management as needed.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in manufacturing technology, and best practices in fastener production. Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the fastener industry.
- Strong knowledge of fastener manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Location : Nashik**

**Qualification : Diploma/ B.E Mechanical**

**Experience : 4 -5 years**

**Salary : 25k - 35k**

**Key skill : Experience in Fastener Industry.**

**Note : Immediate joiners preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
