You will be working as Production Supervisor, reporting to Production Manager for Electrification Business Area, Distribution Solutions Division based in Nasik. You will be responsible to lead a team within a production process to transform parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely cost-effective manner.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Organize and allocate resources effectively and efficiently meet line production targets. Respond to resource issues as necessary.
- Ensure that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
- Identify and recommend technical equipment and facility improvement as necessary. Ensure execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production line.
- Identify deficiencies in production area, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation of actions to improve production performance.
- Manage the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in production.
- Experience in lean Six Sigma.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
