We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Production Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead the production team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floor.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage, mentor, and train production staff to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality, and logistics, for seamless operations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions for productivity enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/forging environment.
  • Proven experience supervising a production team.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
