You will be working as Production Supervisor and will be the part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Production Manager and will be responsible to lead a team within a production unit or line in the execution of production processes to transform parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely, cost-effective manner

**Your responsibilities**:

- Organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently, responding to resource issues as necessary, leading capacity planning and resource optimizing for the assigned unit or line
- Ensuring production scheduling and production planning meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defining inventory service levels, identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary
- Ensuring execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines
- Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance and managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams
- Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Engineering in ECE
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant field
