We are looking for Production Supervisor for Dynamic Prestress (India) Pvt. Ltd. The position is based at Nashik. He will have a key role in the manufacturing process, responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. Overall, the production supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that the production line runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining quality standards and ensuring a safe working environment for production workers

**A. Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the production line: He will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process from start to finish. This involves supervising production workers, monitoring the production line, and ensuring that production targets are met.
- Ensuring quality standards: He will be responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured meet the required quality standards. This involves monitoring the production process, conducting quality control checks, and taking corrective action as required.
- Managing production schedules: He will be responsible for creating production schedules and ensuring that they are adhered to. This involves working closely with the production team to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and that production targets are met.
- Maintaining equipment: He will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing equipment is maintained and serviced regularly. This involves scheduling maintenance tasks and working with the maintenance team to ensure that equipment downtime is minimized.
- Ensuring safety standards: He will be responsible for ensuring that all production workers adhere to safety standards and that the production line is a safe working environment. This involves conducting safety audits, providing safety training to workers, and taking corrective action as required.
- Managing inventory: He will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that the production line has sufficient raw materials to meet production targets.
- This involves working closely with the procurement team to ensure that raw materials are ordered in a timely manner.
- Reporting and analysis: The production supervisor is responsible for compiling production reports and analysing production data. This involves using data analysis tools to identify trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to the management team.

**B. Key Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a production team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**C. Other Information**:

- **Qualification**: Diploma/B.E./ B.Tech. Mechanical
- **Experience**:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position
