**Job Description: Quality Supervisor**
- **Location**: Bhagyashree Industries - Hard & Soft Luggage Manufacturing Company
- **Position**: Quality Supervisor
**Experience**: 2-5 Years in Quality Control (Preferably in Luggage, Bag, or Plastic Manufacturing)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection & Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks at different stages of production (Raw Material, In-Process, and Final Product).
- Inspect luggage components such as zippers, wheels, handles, locks, stitching, and plastic molding.
- Identify and address defects, ensuring only high-quality products are dispatched.

**Process Supervision & Compliance**:

- Ensure all quality standards and company SOPs are followed during production.
- Maintain compliance with safety and industry regulations for materials used.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure defect-free manufacturing.
- **Testing & Reporting**:

- Conduct durability tests, weight tests, drop tests, and handle-strength tests.
- Maintain detailed reports on defects, rejections, and corrective actions taken.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality.
- **Team Coordination & Training**:

- Train workers on quality expectations and defect identification.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams for quality improvements.
- Provide feedback to the procurement team regarding material quality.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in a Quality Control role, preferably in luggage/bag/plastic manufacturing.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with luggage assembly, sewing, plastic molding, and finishing.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to detect defects and maintain product consistency.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and implement corrective actions efficiently.
- **Team Player**: Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and ensure quality standards are met.

**Job Type**: फ़ुल-टाइम

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
