**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

Location : Satpur MIDC

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and improve the manufacturing processes for capacitor production, aiming to enhance productivity and quality.
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery and production processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and develop production staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and maintain product standards.
- Prepare and review production reports, managing inventory levels and ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met.
- Participate in the planning and launch of new products, incorporating best practices in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in capacitor manufacturing processes and machinery maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems used in manufacturing.
- Proficient in the use of manufacturing management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Certification in Project Management or Maintenance Management.
