You will be working as Production Supervisor, reporting to Production Manager for Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions Division based in Nashik. In this role you will be responsible to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs to ensure that the production processes deliver products of maximum quality with strict adherence to Safety of all employees.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Maintain 6S of shop floor and conducts shop floor operation in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance.
- Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area.
- Perform routine activity & Fill routine test, quality records with accuracy & on time.
- Increase productivity & quality, reduce human efforts, and do safe work by doing continuous improvement using the tools like KAIZEN, LS6 projects & SOT's etc.
- Report, coordinate & support maintenance team in regular maintenance activities.
- Monitor, measure, and report on production related process performance parameters to Quality department.
- Hazardous Waste Management & disposal according to MPCB guidelines.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees/ Contractors/ Vendors.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Impart training to new engineers on SOP's & safety guidelines of respective sections.
- Monitor & maintain inventory of consumables, shelf-life items, chemicals etc. by coordinating with purchase & store person.
- Coordinate with planner & store person to maintain the availability of material according to daily production plan

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Supervisor in low voltage Switchboards business/ Electrical Industry.
- Knowledge of assembly of PCC’s, MCC’s, PDB’s, Busducts.
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Knowledge of Busbars assembly, Crimping, wiring etc.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, SAP
- Strong Leadership skills.
