**Production Supervisor roles and responsibilities**
- Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity
- Oversee safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Perform verification of production output according to specifications
- Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
- Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards

**Required Experience: 1- 2 years as Production Engineer/Supervisor**

**Location: Nashik,** **Maharashtra**

**Work mode: Offline (Work from office)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ambad, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production: 1 year (preferred)
