We at Akbar Offshore Pvt Ltd is hiring for Group Ticketing Executive.

Job description as below

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Group reservation and ticketing for Domestic and international airlines
- Handling end to end transaction cost effectively
- Action on Customer requests within specified timelines without any escalations or complaints from the Customer.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in the airline and travel industry, including new regulations, changes in baggage allowances, and travel advisorien
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise with bookings or travel plans in a timely and professional manner.
- Handling flight changes and cancellation, Maintaining DSR.
- Worked to resolve passenger booking issues and Consistently offered a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of travel industry standards and procedures, including IATA regulations.
- Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on airline ticketing for international and group travel.

Preferred Experience:
6 to 8 year
