**Your Profile**:
a. Inventory Management:
1. Track and update ticket inventory for each event/show.
2. Maintain seat allocation records where applicable.

b. Payment Communication:
1. Handle external communication with members (customers) regarding payment confirmations.
2. Liaise with internal teams, (ticketing agents, Group companies, Finance, Leadership), to ensure payment updates are accurately communicated.

c. Order Management System
1. Keep the order Management System Updated online with accurate entries for ticket sales and payments including details of tickets and additional services and fees recovered.

d. Coordination:
1. Coordinate and follow up with customers, vendors, and internal teams on pending tickets, payments, and related concerns.

e. Pricing Validation:
1. Calculate and verify pricing for tickets based on show details, seating, and other factors.
