As a Stay Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout their stay. Your role will be a mix of operations, customer service, and brand representation, making every guest’s experience exceptional.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Engagement & Rapport Building**: Welcome guests warmly, build relationships, and ensure they have a great experience.
- **Pre-arrival Inspections**: Conduct checks to ensure apartments meet housekeeping and maintenance standards before guest arrival.
- **Personalized Guest Communication**: Make an introductory call to guests, explain house rules, provide check-in guidance, and share local recommendations.
- **Check-in & Onboarding**: Ensure the lock code is shared only after guest registration is complete and the deposit is paid.
- **Local Recommendations**: Suggest the best coffee shops, restaurants, and interesting places to visit.
- **Guided Experiences**: In some cases, personally take guests out to show them around and help them explore the area.
- **Problem Resolution**: Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, coordinate with the Board Line team, and address issues swiftly.
- **Brand Representation**: Operate as a TBHC ambassador, ensuring high guest satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth marketing.
- **Feedback Collection & Improvement**: Gather guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the guest experience.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Personality**: A fun-loving, outgoing, and friendly individual who enjoys social interactions.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- **Mindset**: Someone who is proactive, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
- **Flexibility**: Willing to work in a dynamic environment with flexible work hours. (No late/night shifts)
- **Transport**: Having a 2 Wheeler of your own lets you Zip Zap Zoom between properties to coordinate efficiently.
