**Job Title**: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Location: Bandra west

Experience: 1-2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a **comprehensive social media marketing strategy** aligned with business goals.
- Manage and maintain company profiles on **Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms**.
- Create, schedule, and publish **engaging and high-quality content** (text, images, videos, and stories).
- Plan and manage **paid social media advertising campaigns** to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Monitor **social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences** to optimize content strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on **key performance metrics** (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create effective campaigns.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotions and collaborations.
- Stay updated with **the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices**.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven **experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation**.
- Strong knowledge of **social media algorithms, SEO, and online advertising**.
- Proficiency in **social media management tools** (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with **graphic design and video editing tools** (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent **copywriting and storytelling skills**.
- Strong **analytical and data-driven mindset**.
- Ability to **multi-task and work under tight deadlines**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
