We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who also possesses expertise in e-commerce to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving efficient and effective digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and enhance our online presence. Additionally, your knowledge of e-commerce will be essential in optimizing the user journey and conversion funnel to drive sales and revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform PPC and SEO strategies for maximum visibility and traffic.
- Create compelling ad copies, landing pages, and visual assets to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics.
- Implement A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign elements and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and e-commerce.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage your e-commerce expertise to enhance the online shopping experience, streamline the checkout process, and optimize product listings for improved conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and optimization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0-1years) in performance marketing with a focus on driving measurable results in ROI, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heat mapping tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including website optimization, user experience design, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
