We are looking for a **Performance Marketing Executive** to join our team and drive growth through data-driven advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize **paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads** (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Conduct thorough **audience research and targeting** to maximize campaign ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Implement **A/B testing** for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve results.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop **ad creatives and messaging**.
- Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices for Meta and Google ads.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in paid media strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) running and managing **Meta Ads and Google Ads** campaigns.
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing KPIs** and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with **Meta Business Manager** and **Google Ads Manager**.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics / GA4** and other performance tracking tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
