**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns across **Facebook Ads** and **YouTube Ads**:

- Drive lead generation initiatives and manage campaign funnels to maximize ROI
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and present actionable insights
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives
- Strategize and implement **organic social media growth** across platforms
- Test new channels and campaign strategies to expand reach and engagement
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

**Key Requirements**:

- 2 years of hands-on experience in **Facebook and YouTube paid advertising**:

- Strong understanding of **organic social media** and content-driven growth strategies
- Proven success in **lead generation**, especially in digital marketing agencies, event marketing, or kid-focused brands
- Data-driven with a strong analytical mindset and ROI-focused approach
- Creative thinker with a passion for performance and experimentation
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Must be willing to work **on-site in Sector 60, Gurgaon**:

- **Immediate availability** is highly preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,400.23 - ₹35,178.07 per month
