**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve performance and user experience.
- **Budget Management**:

- Allocate and manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign spending and adjust bids to achieve performance goals.
- **Performance Analysis & Optimization**:

- Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Perform A/B testing and implement data-driven changes to enhance campaign outcomes.
- **Audience Targeting & Segmentation**:

- Utilize advanced targeting methods to reach the right audience, including interest-based, behavioral, and demographic targeting.
- Create custom audiences and lookalike audiences to expand reach and conversions.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the creative team to align ad designs and messaging with campaign goals.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Market & Competitor Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze competitor campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & SEO Integration**:

- Coordinate with SEO teams to align SEM strategies with organic search goals for maximum visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

Pay: ₹10,428.77 - ₹45,000.00 per month
