Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop high-converting ad assets.
- Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure alignment with growth KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer/Branch/Mixpanel to track and attribute performance.
- Work closely with product and CRM teams to align acquisition and retention strategies.
- Identify new channels or opportunities for scalable user acquisition.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and strategies.
- Stay up to date about the industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills; experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
- Experience with mobile user acquisition and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch).
- Knowledge of funnel optimization and remarketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
