
Performance Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**: As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms to drive high-quality traffic, improve conversions, and enhance brand visibility. Your key focus will be on managing campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising networks, while tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, execute and optimize digital campaigns via paid search/AdWords, display/retargeting and paid social advertising channels.
- Lead the execution of paid acquisition marketing programs to acquire quality leads as well as new business acquisition.
- Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of each business.
- Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages and targeting segmentation.
- Project manage creation of campaign landing pages, banners, and other digital marketing assets as needed.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing the right analytics platform for the business and lead and champion adoption across the organization to enable end-to-end tracking for marketing efforts to conversion.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager to go beyond reporting in order to evaluate conversion funnel effectiveness.
- Assist the data team with full systems integration such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
- Measure, analyze and report on the impact paid marketing campaigns.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strictly between 1.5-3.0 years in performance marketing or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Hands-on experience managing B2C campaigns and e-commerce campaigns.
- Direct experience managing paid search through Google AdWords, Meta Ads &/or Bing Ads.
- Familiarity working with Google online marketing SaaS products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DFA, etc.).
- Experience with keyword research, competitive insights and other analytics tools, such as SEMrush or Moz.
- Google AdWords and Meta certification is a big plus.
- Working knowledge of Drupal CMS, HTML, and CSS a plus.
- Visual ad design/creation experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open ended problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.
- Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes (agency experience a plus).
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage tasks.
- Desire to be a digital thought leader and influencer to the growth and culture of a unique experiential business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization.
- Must be willing and able to make data-driven decisions and function in a ROI driven environment
- Continuous test-and-learn mentality.

**Education**:
- **Degree**: Bachelor’s degree or above.
