**Job Overview**
AnywhereJobs is looking for a creative and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital marketing efforts. The role involves managing paid campaigns, optimizing lead generation, improving SEO, and contributing to content creation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage and optimize** Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve lead generation goals.
- **Develop and execute** strategies for high-quality lead generation.
- **Analyze campaign performance** using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, making data-driven adjustments.
- **Enhance SEO** with keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
- **Collaborate on content** for ads, landing pages, and social media posts that support campaign goals.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ year experience in Facebook Ads, Lead Generation, and SEO.
- Proven ability to drive successful campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for engaging, conversion-focused content.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
