**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods, including scheduling and tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any issues or delays that may arise
- Manage inventory levels and stock movements to ensure optimal levels of inventory at all times
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation and delivery of goods
- Monitor and analyze transportation costs and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and transportation activities
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to logistics and transportation
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates and reports on logistics performance and key metrics to management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management roles
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, transportation management systems, Odoo, etc)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to logistics and transportation (preferred)
