**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented **Fleet Compliance & Documentation Executive** to manage back-office compliance for a fleet of 100+ vehicles. This is a full-time **office-based role** focused on maintaining accurate vehicle documentation, coordinating renewals, monitoring GPS, and tracking RTO and traffic fines. Direct visits to the RTO are **not required**, as we have agents for fieldwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:Fleet Document Management (Office-Based)**
- Maintain updated records of:

- **RC**, **Insurance**, **PUC**, **Fitness**, **Permit**, **Authorization**:

- Track upcoming expiries and coordinate with agents/vendors for timely renewals
- Keep both **digital and physical files** organized and audit-ready

**RTO & Traffic Fine Tracking**
- Monitor all **traffic fines** and **RTO challans** using online portals
- Maintain a tracker for:

- Amount
- Reason
- Vehicle No.
- Payment status
- Coordinate with drivers and accounts for fine payments

**Insurance & Permit Coordination**
- Collect **insurance quotations** and manage renewals for each vehicle
- Ensure no vehicle remains uninsured
- Work with agents to update **permits, tax filings, and fitness certificates**

**GPS Monitoring & Misuse Reporting**
- Monitor real-time movement of all vehicles using GPS software
- Identify:

- Vehicle misuse
- Unusual driving patterns
- Extended idling or unauthorized trips
- Prepare weekly misuse reports for management

**FASTag Management**
- Monitor FASTag balances for all vehicles
- Refill balance through vendor portals as needed
- Keep record of all recharge transactions and toll expenses

**Skills Required**:

- Strong Excel and MIS skills
- Knowledge of online portals like **Parivahan**, **traffic challan websites**, and **GPS platforms**:

- Experience in **fleet/logistics/RTO documentation work**:

- Attention to detail, with strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi preferred

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate (any discipline)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a **transport company or fleet operations**:

- Comfortable working full-time from office (no field travel required)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
