**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Support Management**: Coordinate and oversee all support activities related to fleet operations, ensuring technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide hands-on support for Satcom terminals, satellite communication systems, and IT networks within the fleet.
- **Troubleshooting & Resolution**: Address and troubleshoot technical issues related to satellite communications, networking, and IT systems, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication between fleet operations, technical support, and service providers.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and evaluate fleet communication system performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal system uptime.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure that fleet operations comply with maritime communication standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Training & Mentorship**: Provide guidance and technical training to support teams to enhance their expertise in fleet management systems and satellite communications.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and delivery of solutions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed reports on fleet performance, technical issues, and resolutions to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing support operations for satellite communication systems, IT, and networking in the marine domain.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong expertise in Satcom terminals, satellite communications technologies, and networking.
- **Marine Domain Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the marine industry, particularly fleet management and onboard communication systems.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear reporting and collaboration.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to coordinate teams, guide support efforts, and lead projects successfully.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with fleet management software and satellite communication systems.
- Familiarity with maritime communication standards, protocols, and regulations.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
