**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Fleet Operations Management**:

- Coordinate the daily dispatch, routing, and scheduling of vehicles to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods or personnel.
- Monitor real-time vehicle movement using **GPS tracking systems** and telematics software.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle availability, assignments, mileage, and usage logs.

**Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Schedule routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs to reduce vehicle downtime.
- Ensure vehicles meet **safety and roadworthiness standards**, and maintain up-to-date inspection and insurance records.
- Track fuel consumption, tire usage, and spare parts inventory.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., permits, licenses, emission norms).
- Maintain all vehicle-related documents (e.g., registration, insurance, tax, pollution certificates).

**Coordination & Reporting**:

- Liaise with drivers, vendors, service centers, and internal departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.
- Prepare reports on fleet performance, fuel efficiency, cost control, and vehicle downtime.
- Assist in budgeting and cost analysis related to fleet operations.

**Driver Management**:

- Assist in driver scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure driver compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **4-8 years** of experience in fleet coordination, transport operations, or logistics.
- Familiarity with **fleet management systems**, GPS tracking, and route optimization tools.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle types, maintenance procedures, and transportation regulations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Diploma or degree in **Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or Automotive Engineering** (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
