**Job Title**: Fleet Manager

A Fleet Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our company's fleet of vehicles. This includes trucks or specialized equipment, depending on the organization's needs. The primary responsibilities of a Fleet Manager include:
**Vehicle Maintenance**: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure the fleet's reliability and safety. Coordinate with mechanics or service providers as needed.

**Asset Tracking**: Maintain accurate records of all fleet assets, including vehicle specifications, maintenance history, and licensing and registration details.

**Budget Management**: Develop and manage the fleet budget, including monitoring expenses related to fuel, maintenance, repairs, and replacement vehicles.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure all vehicles adhere to safety standards and regulations. Implement safety protocols and provide training to drivers when necessary.

**Data Analysis**: Collect and analyze data related to fleet operations, such as vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel efficiency, to identify areas for improvement.

**Vendor Relationships**: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers, and equipment vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in fleet management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
