- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

- Update customer information in the database accurately.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or additional inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or above.
- Strong communication skills in [specific languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages].
- Good interpersonal skills and a confident approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office MS Word xl
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
