Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer quiries, and promoting products/services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers by resolving their concerns promptly.
  • Update customer information in the database accurately.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback or additional inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or above.
  • Strong communication skills in [specific languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages].
  • Good interpersonal skills and a confident approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office MS Word xl
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
