**Key Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents; also follow up inbound leads.

* Present educational programs / courses, explain benefits, and address queries.

* Convert leads into enrollments; meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

* Schedule visits (centre/site) or online meetings if needed.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, using CRM or lead tracker.

* Handle objections and negotiate (pricing, course options) to close sales.

* Collaborate with marketing/counseling teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

* Minimum education: Graduate / equivalent.

* Prior tele-sales / tele-calling / customer outreach experience; experience in education / ed-tech is a plus.

* Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Strong persuasion, listening skills, patience, ability to build rapport.

* Target-driven, self-motivated, resilient under rejection.

* Comfortable using phones, computers, CRM tools.

**Other Attributes:**

* Good organizational and follow-up discipline.

* Empathy to understand students/parents needs.

* Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment.
