Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele-Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, guiding them about study abroad processes, education loans, and other Skill Maestro services, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, and services we provide.
  • Counsel students over phone calls and WhatsApp about suitable countries, courses, and financial options.
  • Maintain a detailed record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the teams for document collection and student updates.
  • Schedule and manage student appointments for in-person or online counselling.
  • Participate in team discussions, product briefings, and regular training sessions to stay updated on all services.
  • Ensure a professional, empathetic, and student-first approach in all communications.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Strong convincing ability and confidence on calls.
  • Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (training will be provided).
  • Good computer and CRM handling skills.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduate
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Prior experience in tele-counselling, customer support, or education sector is an advantage.
