Launched in 2016, Toprankers is India’s leading career counselling and preparation platform for opportunities beyond engineering & medicine, helping students prepare for management, humanities, law, judiciary, and design entrances.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive **Outreach Executive** to expand our **Creative Edge** (design entrance prep) vertical. The role is centered on building strong external relationships, driving partnerships with institutions and educators, engaging in student counselling, and leading market outreach activities to grow brand presence and student conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educators.
- Represent Toprankers at seminars, workshops, and student engagement events.
- Drive outreach campaigns to improve visibility and awareness of Creative Edge.
- Support student counselling initiatives to strengthen conversions and enhance experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and academic teams for aligned campaigns.
- Collect feedback from students and partners to improve offerings.
- Track outreach activities, report KPIs, and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in outreach, partnerships, or academic engagement (EdTech/education industry mandatory).
- Strong background in sales, counselling, or institutional partnerships.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach projects and travel for events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and MS Office.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in EdTech sales, partnerships, or channel development.
- Strong network within coaching ecosystems and academic institutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
