Manager/Head – Marketing & Admissions Location: West Bengal / Bihar / UP / Delhi-NCR Organization: DBS Global University DBS Global University is a premier institution committed to academic excellence, innovation, and holistic student development. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Marketing & Admissions function in India , driving student outreach, building partnerships, and ensuring the best talent chooses our programs. Strategic Marketing & Admissions Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract quality students from across India. Plan and oversee campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and outreach activities to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth admissions processes aligned with university policies. Mentor and lead a team of marketing and admissions professionals to deliver on student enrolment goals. Monitor KPIs, analyze data trends, and provide regular performance reports to leadership. Education: MBA (Marketing/Business Development or equivalent) from a reputed institute (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marketing and admissions roles within higher education or related sectors. Proven expertise in student outreach, branding, and admissions conversion strategies . Strong relationship-building and networking abilities with schools, universities, and corporates.
