**Tele-Calling Executive**

**Responsibility**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Resolving queries and issue related to the product and services. Give a better solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Find out potential client
- Daily coordinating to the customer and exiting customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned and also complete it.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor degree is required.
- Experience of minimum 6 month to 1 year
- Strong ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Superb communication skill.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

Note
- Immediate joiner are prefer
- Work from office opportunity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
