**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review financial statements for the Fund and other entities in the group structure, quarterly reporting to the Investors and monthly MIS for the top management - including NAV reporting
- Preparing Fund Model and keeping track of Fund KPIs (IRR, MoIC, DPI etc)
- Oversee annual audit of all the legal entities involved with the fund/advisory company per US and Indian GAAP
- Ensure Tax and other regulatory compliance for the Indian and overseas companies, Investment Processes and investor relations
- Co-ordinate Capital drawdowns/distribution notices and quarterly reports to LPs with the help of administrators and updating call log
- Computation of Management fee, preferred return, and performance profit allocation on a quarterly basis
- Handle LP-related matters, and audit confirmation requests, managing and providing timely responses to the queries raised by investors and providing regular updates to the domestic investors.
- Preparing budget/ cash flow projections for the Fund and Manager entities and treasury management
- SEBI compliances related to Alternative Investment Funds, ROC compliances for LLP and ADV filing for Manager entities
- Overseeing TDS and GST compliances on a monthly basis
- Reviewing Income tax returns for the Indian and overseas companies
- Support in seeking registration of Category II AIF with SEBI and IFSCA including finalization of PPM, constitution documents, Investment Management Agreement and Subscription Agreement.
- Coordinating Income tax and GST refunds from the department
- Co-ordinate with lawyers and administrators in closing the legal due diligence and documentation for new and follow on Investments and divestments thereof
- Conversion of Investment/ Divestment proceeds and coordination with bankers and custodians for clearance of trades executed on the stock exchange/ offline
- Assisting the Investment team in IPO documentation and coordinating with portfolio companies for the repatriation of proceeds

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: CA/ CA - Inter / MBA in Finance
- Should have 5+ years of proven experience in the similar role
- Relevant experience in Private Equity, Fund Manager or AMC
- Good communication skills & excellent leadership skills
- Should have sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals with minute attention to details
