**FINANCE CONTROLLER**

We are looking for a Qualified CA, who can manage the entire FP&A of the organization.
- Should have experience of 5+ years from a Product based Start-up firm. As a
- **Finance Controller** you will be responsible for handling accounting, tax compliances, payroll, receivables, payables and all day to day Financial transactions of the Company.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overall Finance and Accounts function.
- Tax returns - Direct and Indirect taxes.
- Responsible for all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Analyzing and monitoring financial transactions, data and financial reporting.
- Developing and documenting accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Organizing and Coordinating audit processes.
- Staying informed of industry trends and developments in accounting and finance, and incorporating them into the company's financial strategy.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to understand and manage the financial impact of their activities on the company.
- Work closely with upper management to ensure that budgets and financial targets are met.
- Providing commentary for budget vs. actual result variations.
- Strong product knowledge on Interest Rates derivatives, with sound understanding of risks and valuations.
- Good cultural awareness and able to manage stakeholders across locations.
- Good people management skills in terms of team development and retention.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal).
- Monitoring & Review of all Compliances for all three legal entities.
- Make sure that all Payments are processed in time.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified CA.
- Experience with any product based startup organization.
- Experience of at least 5+ years preferably in product organization.
- Strong skills in MS office (Advance Excel incl. MACROS + word + PPTx).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
