- **Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and**_

- **Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's budgets, as well as**_

- **Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to**_
- safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting._
- **Team Management: Supervise and lead financial teams, including accountants and**_
- analysts, ensuring their performance aligns with organizational goals._
- **Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and coordinate**_
- with auditors during internal and external audits._
- **Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs**_
- and strategic initiatives._
- **Strategic Financial Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to**_
- support strategic decision-making by senior management._
- **Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to**_
- enhance efficiency and effectiveness._
- **Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them,**_
- contributing to the overall risk management framework._
- **Financial Policies: Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to maintain**_
- a strong financial control environment._
- **Tax Planning: Collaborate with tax professionals to optimize the company's tax**_
- position and ensure compliance with tax regulations._
- **Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business initiatives,**_
- investments, and cost-saving measures._
- **Communication: Effectively communicate financial information to various**_
- stakeholders, including executives, board members, and department heads._
- Qualifications Required_
- **5-7 years of experience preferably in new age startups**_
- **Masters degree in Accounting & Finance**_
- **MBA/PGDBM (F&A)**_
- **CA preferably**_
- **Outstanding accounting and numerical skills.**_
- **Knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind
- AS) & ERP Systems.**_
- **Must be an analytical thinker with an eye for detail and a probing mindset.**_
- **Proficiency in handling multiple data points with moving variables.**_
- **Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment and deliver results as per the**_
- requirements of the business._
- **A positive approach, willing to contribute to business and an open mindset.**_
- **Should have Business acumen and exposure to digitization of processes.**_

**Salary**: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
