**Job Title: Customer Service Associate - Dermatology Clinic**

**Job Summary**: The Customer Service Associate at our dermatology clinic plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience for patients. This role involves answering patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing information about dermatology treatments, handling patient concerns, and maintaining a smooth clinic operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Inquiries**:

- Provide accurate information on available treatments, product recommendations, and dermatological procedures.
- **Appointment Management**:

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments, ensuring proper follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors and other staff to ensure efficient use of time and patient scheduling.
- **Patient Assistance**:

- Assist patients with insurance inquiries, billing questions, and treatment-related concerns.
- Explain the clinic's policies, procedures, and patient care protocols to ensure a smooth experience.
- **Complaint Resolution**:

- Address and resolve patient complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Ensure patient satisfaction by providing timely solutions or escalating issues to the relevant staff.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointments, and treatment histories.
- Ensure that patient information is up to date and compliant with privacy and health regulations.
- **Promotions and Education**:

- Inform patients about available skin care products, promotions, or new treatments offered at the clinic.
- Provide guidance on general skincare and pre/post-treatment care instructions as directed by medical staff.
- **Collaboration with Medical Team**:

- Work closely with dermatologists, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Relay important patient information to the medical team as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or dermatology setting or BPO or KPO or Call center
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with patients in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
- Empathy and patience to handle various patient concerns and queries.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, appointments, and patient requests efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

**Working Hours and Schedule**:

- Full-time position
- 9 hours day shift
- **One weekly off (on a weekday only as weekends are working)**

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Starting at Rs. 13,000 - 20,000 per month, based on skills and experience

**Experience and Education**:

- Min 2 Years Preferred: Experience in relevant fields and customer-facing positions
- Minimum HSC Passed.
