**Job Title: Associate - Customer Service (Day Shift)**

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries
- Meet and exceed customer service metrics

**Requirements**:

- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience, preferably in customer service or banking
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a voice process
- Willingness to work in a day shift (6 days a week with one rotational off)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
