Designation: Executive - Home Acquisition

**Responsibilities**:

- To generate potential Business leads (Vacation Homes) for the organization.
- Assist to devise activations, events & marketing campaigns for generation of leads & execution of the same.
- Assist in creating a strong referral model to generate leads for new Homes.
- Assist team leads at meetings, screen & pitch business concepts, support in closure of deals.
- To be the Relationship Manager for Homeowners.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in being Target oriented.
- Willingness and capability to be on the field to scout and generate leads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to hustle is a must as well.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/Hospitality

Work Experience: 1-3 years of functional experience in Business Development/Sales

Locations Open for Hiring: Karjat/ Lonavala

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
