**Responsibilities**:

- Own the regional P&L and lead regional operations teams.
- Deliver on the revenue targets for every villa by developing and implementing tactical marketing plans and initiatives that drive disproportionate demand for villas under our management.
- Ensure homes & hospitality operations teams maintain the properties in prime condition and deliver a memorable service experience to guests.
- Ensure adherence of the property and service levels to StayVista standards and policies.
- Implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor regional operations performance through dashboards, identify root causes of issues and work with local team and vendor partners to deliver prompt resolution
- Grow our portfolio of villas under management through our existing owner network and executing on a regionally relevant acquisition plan.
- Increase adoption of strategic initiatives at regional level to build brand affinity.
- Operate within local laws and maintain positive community relationships.
- Hire, train and develop team members in the region to be proud representatives of StayVista.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor/ Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of work experience.
- Experience in building a profitable P&L and managing annual revenue of 15cr and 20+ employees, vendors.
