- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, specifically within the banking and financial services sector.
- Proficient at using both digital & relevant sales tools & be confident in engaging peers and making connections
- Proficient for regular field visits and achieve your personal targets, maintain relationships
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and financial technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
