As a Banking Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to prospective customers. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and effectively communicating the benefits of our credit card offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively approach potential customers to promote and sell credit card products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate credit card solutions.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and terms of various credit card options available.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our credit card products in the market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- **1 Year **Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with banking products and services, particularly credit cards, is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹68,216.81 per month
