Job Description: Bank Sales Executive

Position Overview

Location

Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary Range

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Key Requirements

Education
- BCOM Mandatory

Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of banking experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers for various banking products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers

Customer Service
- Provide product information and guidance to customers
- Assist customers with account opening processes
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Complete all required documentation accurately and timely

**Qualifications**:
Educational Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Additional certification in banking or finance preferred

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong work ethics and integrity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in different locations within Mumbai as required
