Role Overview:

We are hiring dynamic individuals for the role of Banking Sales Executive to drive acquisition of banking products and services. The role involves customer interaction, product explanation, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets through direct and telephonic engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Explain banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term engagement.
- Assist customers with documentation and application process.
- Provide timely updates to the sales manager on progress and pipeline.

Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior sales/banking/telecalling experience.
- Strong communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused personality.
