**Experience**:
- Total experience:
- 4 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
- Minimum experience:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a South Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant.
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, prepare, and execute a diverse menu of South Indian dishes.
- Ensure the quality and authenticity of all South Indian cuisine served.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Implement proper food safety and sanitation practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.
**Requirements**:
- Expertise in South Indian culinary techniques.
- Strong knowledge of spices, ingredients, and regional variations.
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
