Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team for a 3-month internship. As an Intern for Brand Promotion and Distribution, your primary responsibility will be to visit multi-brand shoe outlets across towns and effectively communicate information about our shoe range to the outlets. You will play a crucial role in onboarding them to our distribution network and ensuring a strong presence of our shoes across various locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outlet Visits: Visit multi-brand shoe outlets in different towns to brief them about our range of shoes, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Distribution Network Onboarding: Develop and maintain positive relationships with outlet owners/managers, explaining the benefits of joining our distribution network, and assisting them with the necessary documentation and procedures.
- Merchandising and Marketing Collaterals: Ensure the proper placement and visibility of our shoes in all outlets by setting up attractive displays, arranging marketing collaterals, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Local Events and Promotions: Organize and participate in local events, such as promotional activities, institution-based campaigns, and community outreach programs, to attract new users to our platform and increase brand awareness.
- Market Research: Collect feedback from customers, outlet owners, and other stakeholders to gather insights about customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Report findings to the marketing team for strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are also eligible to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with outlet owners, customers, and team members. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Initiative and Proactiveness: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and solve problems creatively. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently to different towns and cities for outlet visits and events. A valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation is preferred.
- Passion for Footwear: A genuine interest in shoes, fashion trends, and the footwear industry.

Note: This internship position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand promotion, distribution, and marketing within the footwear industry. You will receive mentorship and guidance from our experienced team members throughout the internship.
