Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter, your role is to reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our sales or marketing team. This is initially a commission-based role, offering performance-based incentives. Once you consistently meet your targets and show strong communication & conversion skills, you'll have the opportunity to be promoted to a fixed-payroll position with added benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.
Explain our services briefly and generate interest.
Schedule appointments or meetings for our business development team.
Maintain call logs and update client databases regularly.
Follow up with leads to ensure timely appointment confirmations.
Report daily progress and outcomes to the manager.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English or Hindi).
Basic knowledge of marketing, sales, or telecalling preferred.
Confidence and clarity while speaking on calls.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Smartphone, internet connection, and willingness to learn.
Compensation:
Commission-Based: Attractive incentives per successful appointment + bonuses for performance.
Growth Path: After a successful trial period and consistent performance, you will be offered a permanent payroll position with a fixed monthly salary + performance incentives.
