We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing division of our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in hospital marketing, brand management, and digital outreach, along with proven leadership experience managing large teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and patient acquisition.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team of 3040 professionals across various functions (digital, offline, PR, and corporate communication).
  • Oversee marketing budgets, campaigns, and ROI analysis to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referring doctors, and corporate clients.
  • Drive hospital branding initiatives, community outreach programs, and CSR activities.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality communication across all marketing channels.
  • Implement innovative digital marketing strategies including social media, SEO, and patient engagement campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing (MBA / BBA preferred).
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in marketing, with at least 10 years in team leadership roles managing large teams (30–40 members).
  • Proven experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is essential.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.
