**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for passionate, detail-driven line cooks who know their way around a hot kitchen and love cooking up quality food. If you’re fast on the line, serious about flavor, and don’t mind a little smoke, you might just be the one.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prep and execute dishes according to Big Poppa’s standards and recipes
- Work the grill, fryer, or sauté station depending on the day
- Maintain clean and organized stations throughout service
- Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols are followed
- Assist in daily mise en place and inventory management
- Collaborate with the kitchen team during service and rush hours
**You Should Have**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a continental/Western kitchen
- Solid knowledge of proteins, sauces, and plating
- The ability to stay cool under pressure
- A sharp eye for detail and a great attitude
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
**Bonus Points If You**:
- Have experience with smoked meats or American cuisine
- Enjoy fast-paced kitchens and clean plating
- Bring ideas to the table and care about the food you serve
