Location: Noida / Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

We specialize in providing air ticketing services for the maritime industry, catering to shipowners, ship managers, and crew agencies for seamless crew changes worldwide. Our expertise lies in seaman tickets, ensuring cost-effective and flexible travel solutions for seafarers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle marine ticketing for seafarers, including bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and fare calculations.
- Plan and optimize crew travel routings based on operational requirements and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with visa regulations, transit visa requirements, and OK-to-Board (OTB) procedures.
- Stay updated on country-specific seafarer entry and transit rules, including airport regulations for crew movements.
- Coordinate with airlines for special marine fares, group bookings, and waivers as needed.
- Work closely with ship management companies, crewing agencies, and shipping operators to facilitate smooth crew movements.
- Maintain accurate records of ticketing, invoices, and travel documentation.
- Provide 24/7 support for urgent crew changes and last-minute travel adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in marine ticketing or airline ticketing, preferably handling seafarers.
- Strong knowledge of global travel routes, airline fare structures, and GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Familiarity with visa requirements, OTB procedures, and immigration rules for seafarers.
- Understanding of transit visa policies and seaman entry regulations of key maritime hubs.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills for handling last-minute changes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in working with shipowners, ship managers, or crew agencies.
- Knowledge of government maritime travel policies and IATA regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
